Construction Work has started!
Our goal is to complete construction work on the second week of January 2010 and start pre-school and elementary classes on January 25, 2010. The Fundamira Vocational Community Center will open its doors to the children of the community with classrooms for a maximum of 20 students ea. (100 to 120 boys and girls).

LIST OF MATERIALS AND SCHOOL SUPPLIES TO COMPLETE THE CENTER:
*Electric system.
*Plumbing system.
*Chairs & desks for children and adults.
*Acrylic whiteboards & dry erase markers.
*School supplies (notebooks, cardboard, pencils, color pencils , crayons, scissors, tapes, markers, watercolors, paintbrushes, play-doh and any arts and crafts supplies.
*Uniforms (cotton t-shirts, shorts and rubber boots).
*Bookcases and storage bins for books and supplies.
*Children books for the library.
*Educational games (puzzles, bingo, musical instruments, sports supplies, etc).
*1 TV set, speakers, 1 DVD player, 1 video beam & 1 projector screen.
*Children movies and documentaries in DVD format.
*Bathroom and kitchen cleaning supplies (toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, disinfectant liquid, hand towels etc.).
*Kitchen supplies (pots and pans, silverware, plastic plates, cups and jars for the cafeteria).
*1 electric stove
*1 refrigerator
